Abstract

A Class III intensive cultural resource survey was conducted on 2080 acres planned for coal bed methane exploration. Fourteen significant cultural sites and nine nonsignificant sites are within the block. Avoidance of the significant sites (or alternatively additional archeological work) is recommended. Cultural clearance is recommended with no special stipulations for all other areas.
